5. Clean the cut glass layer of the conveyor belt with gasoline, and begin to apply glue, and then apply glue again after drying. After the second glue dries, the buffer strip is affixed to the gap between the same cloth layer.

Vulcanization needs to control some process parameters, to do the heating while pressing, when the temperature reaches about 70 degrees, the pressure should reach 10kg/cm; The temperature should reach about 100 degrees, and the pressure should reach 16kg/cm. When the temperature reaches 100 degrees, it is necessary to stop pressing and continue to heat the temperature, when the temperature reaches 145 degrees, the heating will stop and the vulcanization time will be counted, the vulcanization will end after 35 minutes of insulation, and the vulcanization machine can be removed when the natural cooling reaches 75 degrees.
8. After removing the vulcanizing machine, remove the raw edge and overflow glue at the conveyor belt joint, trim the conveyor belt clean and smooth, and the whole vulcanized bonding work is over.
