Sidewall conveyor belts are ideal for steep angle material lifting in confined spaces. Operating with a single belt, they are economical and efficient, capable of handling a variety of materials. They require minimal space, eliminate transfer points, have low maintenance needs, and offer high conveying capacity. The unique sidewall design effectively prevents material spillage, enabling high-angle conveying, even reaching 90° vertical transport.

Space-saving:
Sidewall conveyor belts can lift materials at angles of 70° to 90°, significantly reducing floor space compared to traditional conveyors, making them particularly suitable for space-constrained locations.
High lifting height:
Achieve greater lifting heights, simplifying the conveying system and reducing engineering costs.
Strong conveying capacity:
The sidewall design significantly improves conveying capacity, with throughput several times higher than ordinary conveyor belts for the same bandwidth.
Wide material adaptability:
Suitable for conveying various bulk materials, including powders, granules, lumps, and irregular materials, and particularly adept at conveying materials prone to spillage.
Smooth operation and simple maintenance:
Single-belt continuous operation, no transfer points, reducing failure rates and lowering maintenance costs.
Energy-saving and efficient:
Compact structure, low running resistance, reducing energy consumption and improving production efficiency.
Environmental protection:
Fully enclosed conveying, effectively preventing dust and material spillage, improving the working environment, and reducing environmental pollution.
Long service life:
High-strength, wear-resistant rubber materials and advanced production processes ensure a longer service life for the conveyor belt.
Sidewall conveyor belts mainly consist of the following three parts:
Base Belt:
Uses a high-strength ordinary conveyor belt as the base, providing load-bearing capacity and tensile strength.
Corrugated Sidewalls:
Highly elastic corrugated sidewalls, firmly bonded to both sides of the base belt, forming a "wall" to prevent material side leakage. The sidewalls typically use a C-type or TC-type design to achieve optimal conveying capacity and good self-cleaning performance. S-type sidewalls are mostly used for smaller specification conveyor belts, while larger sidewalls are molded to ensure optimal shape retention when conveying high-density materials.
Transverse Cleats:
According to the characteristics of the conveyed material and the conveying angle, transverse cleats of different shapes and heights can be selected to further prevent material slippage and increase conveying volume. Transverse cleats are usually made of wear-resistant rubber and come in various shapes and sizes to adapt to different conveying capacity requirements.

Due to their unique advantages, sidewall conveyor belts are widely used in the following industries and fields:
Power Industry:
Coal and wood chip conveying in coal-fired and wood chip-fired power plants.
Mining Industry:
Material lifting in underground mining (coal mines, ore mines).
